Refund and Returns Policy

When returning/exchanging/claiming goods, the goods must be returned to the address of the e-shop operator:

Goods purchased in the e-shop   can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods you are returning must be in their original packaging and in undamaged condition, including packaging, labels and documents that were delivered together with it. It must not be destroyed or worn beyond the scope of getting to know the goods and trying them on. The goods must be packed so that they are not damaged during transport.

In the event that the delivered goods do not correspond to the order, the buyer has the right to send the goods back undamaged and with the appropriate labels and packaging as mentioned in the earlier version. The shipment must contain all packaging and proof of purchase. The seller will issue a credit note for the returned goods within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

If the goods are not returned within the deadline or if the goods or their packaging is returned damaged, the seller reserves the right not to accept such goods.

Please do not send the goods to us on cash on delivery! Goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted.

We recommend sending the goods by registered mail and keeping the reference number.

The carrier is responsible for non-delivery of the shipment or shipment notification, so please check the status of your shipment with the shipping company.

If the conditions for returning the goods are met, the buyer will be refunded the entire amount he paid for the goods, excluding postage and packaging. The seller will return the payment in the same way that the buyer used for his payment. The buyer can also agree with the seller on another way of returning the payment via email
